Two Reog dancers performed on the stage during the occurrence of the Reog Ponorogo Festival, on March 4 2003. Typical Ponorogo art, East Java this was staged and raced every month Sura (Java calendar) and to commemorate the Muharram month or Islamic New Year.
Beforehand the players of Reog were identical to magical matters, but currently more to the attraction of art and the culture. Now Reog becoming an extracuricular study in elementary school in Ponorogo.
